The short answer is no. Since the device uses magnetic fields to cause contractions within the muscle, there is no heat or electrical activity that transfers to you to cause discomfort. The only thing you’ll feel is the muscles contracting, which admittedly feels unusual at first since you’re not moving it.

This is very patient specific and will depend on your body type and desired goals. It is recommended to undergo at least 4-6 sessions but there is no limit to the number of sessions. Each session will last between 30-60 minutes and can be done as frequently as every 2 days.

Since this is a non-invasive procedure there is essentially no recovery time however, many patients will experience mild muscle fatigue immediately after their session. You may also experience muscle soreness or spasms after the session similar to an intense gym session.
